Can we watch the chocolates being made?
Yes, we make all our chocolate products in our Hutton le Hole store and you are welcome to come in and watch this being done, though no guarantee can be made that chocolates will be made during your visit as production times and dates vary.
Can we support your charity?
We would love to be able to support every charity that asks for our help, though if we did this there would soon be no Chocolate Factory. We have had to be firm over the years and not just give to everybody who asks. We find it much better to concentrate our efforts on one local charity at a time. We are supporting Yorkshire Air Ambulance at this current time, to find out more please visit please www.yorkshireairambulance.org.uk. We are sorry if it sounds mean when we decline your request for help.
Can I order your chocolates over the internet or by mail order?
I’m sorry we no longer supply our products online or by mail order.
Do you supply wholesale?
Our chocolates are only available from either of our two retail shops. We do not supply wholesale.
